The present technology relates to a pressure measuring scaffold having a robust structure that can be applied to an exercise device capable of accurately measuring and correcting a user's body imbalance, and a sports device for correcting a body imbalance, which includes the same. It is possible to prevent or minimize damage to each member of the scaffold, including the pressure measuring member, when the inclined driving of the scaffold for corrective movement is securely fixed while the pressure measuring member for measuring the user's body imbalance is firmly fixed. In addition, it is possible to provide an exercise device for correcting the body imbalance, which can accurately measure the state of the body imbalance with the pressure measuring scaffold and provide corrective exercise suitable for the degree of the body imbalance of each individual.
