The present invention is a reputation system capable of determining a level of a UX expert according to a domain knowledge competency of a keyword for a UX problem area. More specifically, when searching for a UX methodology keyword that is found in a UX specialization category on a website, the difficulty of the input keyword is evaluated and matched. Finally, after matching, the user's expertise is determined according to the assessed user's UX knowledge specificity, and the reputation index for the searched field is increased and stored by field in the user reputation storage step.
