The present invention relates to a method of amplifying a target sequence from a biological sample using RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA). According to the present invention, it is possible to easily amplify a target sequence from a biological sample using a random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). In addition, by including porous zirconia that quickly adsorbs the genetic material present in the biological sample into pores, it is possible to extract and separate genetic material for various biological samples, and to extract and separate genetic material for various biological samples.
