The method and system for the resolution of bias arising from immeasurable time in the estimation of drug's effects

The present invention relates to a method and a system for solving the skew problem caused by unmeasurable time occurring in a pharmacodynamic study to which a patient-control study design is applied. The present invention calculates the exposure rate of each of the patient group and the control group and a method for estimating the correlation between drug exposure and disease by statistically assigning different weights to patient group data with a history of drug exposure and patient group data without a history of drug exposure. By doing so, we propose a method to grasp the correlation between drug exposure and disease.
