The present invention relates to a fertilizer composition for growing ginseng comprising peat and microorganism-added top soil, a method for growing seedlings using the fertilizer composition, and seedlings grown by the method. By using the fertilizer composition for cultivating seedlings provided by the present invention, it is possible to improve the germination rate of ginseng seeds and promote the growth of seedlings, so that it can be utilized to increase the yield of ginseng according to the supply of stable seedlings.
