An aluminum die casting alloy fluidity evaluation apparatus and a fluidity evaluation method are disclosed. The present invention is a mold in which a spiral metal furnace is formed, a ladle for injecting molten metal into the spiral metal furnace, and the other end of the ladle is raised and lowered to allow injection of the molten metal from the ladle into the mold. Provides an aluminum die-casting alloy fluidity evaluation device including a manipulating ladle tilting device, and controlling the temperature of the ladle and mold when evaluating the fluidity of the die-casting aluminum alloy using the same, thereby controlling the temperature difference and the influence of the temperature change according to the surrounding environment. It has the effect of minimizing the evaluation error caused by the influence and increasing the reliability of the flowability evaluation by forming a constant flow rate of the molten metal injected by the hydraulic molten metal input method.
