PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidity evaluation device of toner and a fluidity evaluation method of the toner capable of evaluating simply and accurately fluidity of the toner.;SOLUTION: This fluidity evaluation device 10 of the toner includes a measuring stand 20, a vibration part 30, a measuring part 40, a timer 50, a control part 60 and a display part 70. The measuring stand 20 has a placing part 21 where the toner 80 is placed and an inclination part 22 inclined upward continuously from the placing part 21 to the top side end 22A. The vibration part 30 vibrates the measuring stand 20. The measuring part 40 measures the quantity of the toner rising along the inclination part 22 by vibration caused by the vibration part 30 and passing through the top side end 22A. The timer 50 outputs time information. The control part 60 acquires a relation between the quantity of the toner and an elapsed time based on a measurement result by the measuring part 40 and the time information output from the timer 50.
