Disclosed is a body-mounted biosignal acquisition apparatus. The body-mounted biosignal acquisition apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a main body including a sensor for obtaining a biosignal while being in close contact with a surface of a body; a first fixing part including a first strap extending in both lateral directions of the main body and surrounding the body to fix the main body to the body; and a second fixing part including a second strap extending in both directions and disposed in parallel with the first fixing part and surrounding the body, wherein the body is a lower leg of a person, and the second strap can have a streamline form of which the end line is in a convex shape, directed toward the first strap at a part corresponding to the back of calf of the lower leg.
