The present invention relates to a triple center sealing device in a pillow packaging machine, which comprises: a plurality of film supply rollers (110) which are provided at one side of a pillow packaging machine (100), and unfold a roll film (P) to supply the same to one side; a guide former (120) provided at the pillow packaging machine (100) and providing a function of rolling the film (P), which is transported to the one side in a state of being unfolded by the film supply rollers (110), to wrap a product tightly to fit the size of the product; a sealing portion crease forming unit (150) which is provided at the front of the pillow packaging machine (100), and is operated corresponding to the operation of a driving unit (160) while allowing a sealing portion of the film to be automatically overlapped in a multiplex zigzag shape, such that a packaging process may be performed without failure; and a cutting roller (140) which is provided on the other side of the pillow packaging machine (100), and cuts and seals a packaging paper being discharged. Therefore, the center sealing portion of the film is overlapped in a triple manner (double layers being overlapped three times) before being attached, such that packaging can be performed without failure.
