According to an embodiment, the present invention provides a three degrees of freedom balance training system, which comprises: a base having the top surface; a tread board separated from the base; a supporting member supporting the center of the tread board to the base; and a plurality of connecting members separately placed at regular intervals with respect to the supporting member and connecting the base and the tread board for enabling a three degrees of freedom rotation motion of the thread board. In addition, each of the plurality of connecting members comprises: a force generating unit which has one side connected to the base and generates a straight line motion; and a motion converting unit of which one side is connected to the other side of the force generating unit, the other side is connected to the tread board, and which converts the straight line motion generated from the force generating unit into a three degrees of freedom rotation motion.
