The present invention relates to a billiard table enabling a user to selectively enjoy pool and carom billiards, comprising: a table (10) having a plurality of legs (11) which stand at a predetermined height to be spaced from at least the floor and a stone bed (15) which is positioned on upper ends of the legs (11) and covered by a baize; a rail (20) attached on an edge of an upper end of the table (10) to arrange a boundary for a game space; a plurality of pockets (30) having through holes positioned at the corners and the centers of each side edge of the table (10) to discharge billiard balls, and connecting the rail (20) to finish the boundary; pocket stoppers (40) selectively positioned on the pockets to make the game space switchable from pool to the carom billiards; and a head cushion (50) attached on an inner surface of the rail (20) and the pocket stoppers (40) to rebound hit billiard balls with elasticity which enables the billiard balls to be used as both pool balls and carom billiard balls. Therefore, the present invention enables a user to selectively enjoy pool and carom billiards on one billiard table and can be applied to both pool balls and carom billiard balls without other special processes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
