The present invention relates to a uniform perovskite film and a method of manufacturing a solar cell by using the same. According to the present invention, in regard to manufacturing a perovskite film having a structure described in the chemical formula 1 below, the manufacturing method includes a step of forming an alkyl-ammonium halide precursor solution including a lead precursor solution and a functional additive by thermally treating the alkyl-ammonium halide precursor solution. In the chemical formula 1, ABX_3: A is a monovalent cation, which is alkali metal, metal ammonium, formamidinium or a mixture thereof; and B is Pb2+ and X is I-, Br-, Cl-. Accordingly, the perovskite film can be uniform without a pin hole and have high power generation efficiency by improving a contact property with a border surface of another layer as well as considerably reducing a grain border between crystals.
