Bidirectional scanning gate driving circuit

A gate driver on array (GOA) circuit used in liquid crystal display (LCD) applications is disclosed, the GOA circuit comprising a number of cascaded GOA units, each of the GOA units being a pull-up control circuit, pull-up circuit, pull-down Circuit, pull-down holding circuit, reset circuit and bootstrap capacitor. By using the GOA circuit, the scanning direction of the LCD panel is controlled by introducing a scanning control signal into the pull-up control circuit that determines to output the gate signal of the GOA circuit in the order of the up-down stage or in the order of the down-up stage. In addition, the new three-segment voltage division scheme achieves optimization and stability of the GOA circuit.
