The present invention relates to a sensitive molecular biology analyzing method for discriminating an onion gene source line and, more specifically, to: an experimental method for detecting simple sequence repeat or microsatellite (SSR) or single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) by using a DNA melting temperature-based high resolution melting (HRM) curve analyzing method; a melting data selecting method; a statistical processing method; a binary transformation method for line analysis; and drawing of a genealogical diagram. The present invention analyzes polymorphism of an SSR or SNP disparity area for discriminating the onion genetic resource line by using the DNA melting temperature-based high resolution melting (HRM) curve analyzing method. Therefore, the genetic resource line for growing multiple cultivars of onions can be rapidly, and accurately analyzed at low costs. Since analyzed data for each line can be freely added and compared with an analyzing result of an additional onion genetic resource or a plant body, the analyzed data can be useful for database construction for growing the onions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
