The present invention relates to a plant integrated management method and a system thereof, and more particularly, to a plant integrated management method using laser scan-based drawing information, which smoothly secures drawing information coinciding with a plant site through a scan data-based reverse design method and matches the drawing information with a facility requiring maintenance to easily perform a site design change, a change operation, a change management, etc. To this end, the plant integrated management method of present invention comprises: a facility drawing generating step of automatically generating a facility drawing from 3D scan data secured by laser scan of a factory facility; a change element classifying step of classifying general/change element management objects of the factory facility, and matching the facility drawing corresponding to the change element management object; a change operation instructing step of instructing a change operation of the change element management object on the basis of a corrected drawing reflected with a correction detail with respect to the facility drawing of the matched change element management object; and a change management completing step of updating at least one facility management information of the corrected drawing and histories of the change operation with respect to the change element management object completed with the change operation to be provided in case of receiving an external request.
