The present invention relates to a pyrazolopyridine derivative having a blocking activity of a dislocation-opening sodium channel, such as the TTX-S pathway, and useful in the treatment or prevention of diseases and disorders associated with a dislocation-opening sodium channel. The present invention also relates to the pharmaceutical composition composed of these compounds and the use of the compounds and compositions in the treatment or prevention of diseases and disorders associated with translocation-opening sodium channels.
