The present invention allows an illuminance sensor of a streetlight to measure illuminance, extracts a midday hour, and verifies the illuminance and the midday hour so that the time of a control device of the streetlight can be synchronized to easily and accurately adjust the time at low costs. In addition, the present allows the illuminance sensor to verify the measured illuminance which is available to be applied to time adjustment through the total three times such as first, second, and third verification steps.
