SNP Method for Detecting Multiple Target Based on Single Detection Probe using Tag sequence SNP

The present invention relates to a method for detecting multiple targets based on a single detection probe. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for detecting multiple targets which amplifies each target with a primer including an SNP-containing tag sequence, and then binding the same to each of tag sequence, but hybridization with the single detection probe in which melting temperatures different, followed by analyzing a melting curve. The method for detecting multiple targets according to the present invention can detect multiple targets by using a single probe, thereby being useful by having a low false positive, and being able to detect multiple targets with high sensitivity and fast speed.
