The present invention relates to a synthetic resin waste recycling device using an air house with a frame fixing anchor, capable of firmly fixing a plurality of frames to the ground, the frame being installed in a tunnel form to form a frame of an air house. The device comprises: a frame (1) which is installed on the bare ground and is spaced apart at regular intervals to form a tunnel; a house member (2) which is fixed while covering the frames (1) and maintains its shape by the air filled in the inside; an anchor member (10) which is installed at an end part of the frame (1), has a cylindrical shape with a coupling hole (11) therein into which the frame (1) is inserted to be fixed on the ground, and is provided with an extension part (12) bent to protrude in the outer direction at a lower end part thereof; a frame fixing member (20) which has a tube shape to cover an upper part of the anchor member (10) and has a frame insertion hole (21) with a guide hole to which the frame (1) is inserted protruding at an upper end thereof and a plurality of fixing protrusions (22) protruding along the circumference of a lower outer circumferential surface; a synthetic resin disposal unit (70) which is provided in an indoor space formed by the house member (2) to dispose of the synthetic resin waste (a); and a wastewater purification tank (80) which collects and purifies leachate from the synthetic resin waste (a) of the synthetic resin waste disposal unit (70).
