The present invention relates to an integrated analyzing apparatus for a water disaster with a resource optimization function, in which various independently-operated water disaster-related algorithms are integrated by modularization, overlapping execution of the algorithm module is reduced, calculation data is appropriately processed, and unnecessary resource waste is prevented as a result. In a case wherein a platform system capable of linked analysis is configured by integrating algorithm modules cross-using large amounts of observation data variously collected for water disaster analysis, a load is reduced by separate execution of overlapping pre-processing included in the respective algorithm modules. As for the final calculation result obtained during selective removal of an intermediate output produced during the operation of each algorithm module, the data is binarized and compressed storage is performed by means of a highly flexible image file format form. As a result, the efficiency of use of system resources and a storage space can be enhanced, expansion can be postponed, operation costs can be reduced, and errors can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
