The present invention relates to an inspection-dedicated jig transfer device for a carbide insert high-speed inspection device using an orthogonal robot. The inspection-dedicated jig transfer device comprises: roller systems positioned on both ends of the inspection-dedicated jig transfer device to position, at the correct position of a first roller unit, a carbide insert inspection-dedicated jig incoming from an upper-surface inspection unit and to draw, toward a lower-surface inspection unit, the carbide insert inspection-dedicated jig that is inverted by an inverting unit, conveyed, and positioned at the correct position of a second roller unit; and a conveyor system configured to convey, to the inverting unit, the carbide insert inspection-dedicated jig positioned at a first correct position, and convey, to a second correct position, the carbide insert inspection-dedicated jig positioned on the inverting unit. Therefore, the inspection-dedicated jig transfer device for a carbide insert high-speed inspection device using an orthogonal robot can improve the efficiency of the inspection device to increase productivity by transferring the inspection-dedicated jig on which a plurality of carbide inserts are stacked, when inspecting the manufactured carbide inserts.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
