JIG APPARATUS EXCLUSIVELY FOR INSPECTION OF MULTI GRINDER TOOL (MGT) FOR HIGH-SPEED INSPECTION EQUIPMENT FOR CARBIDE INSERT USING ORTHOGONAL ROBOT AND CARBIDE INSERT FOR MILLING
The present invention relates to a jig apparatus exclusively for inspection of a multi grinder tool (MGT) for a high-speed inspection equipment for a carbide insert using an orthogonal robot and a carbide insert for milling. More specifically, the present invention relates to the jig apparatus exclusively for inspection of the MGT for the high-speed inspection equipment for the carbide insert using the orthogonal robot and the carbide insert for milling, which is characterized by comprising: a jig exclusively for inspection, on which a large number of MGTs and carbide inserts for milling to be inspected for a measurement and exterior inspection, and which is constituted to transport them along a jig transport unit exclusively for inspection; a backlight which is located on a lower side of the jig exclusively for inspection to irradiate a light to transport an image obtained by projecting the MGT and the carbide inserts for milling to be inspected to an inspection vision; jig transport units which are constituted on both sides of the backlight to transport when the jig exclusively for inspection inserts or takes out something for inspection; and angle control units joined with a lower end of the jig exclusively for inspection and the backlight to allow the jig exclusively for inspection to tilt. Accordingly, the present invention is able to load the large number of MGTs and the carbide inserts for milling to be inspected on the jig exclusively for inspection, mount the MGTs and carbide inserts for milling to be inspected on the jig apparatus exclusively for inspection from the position of inspection, increase the efficiency of the high-speed inspection equipment for the carbide inserts using the orthogonal robot, and improve productivity of the products.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
