Disclosed is a vehicle history management system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a user application to, through a license number of a vehicle, manage general vehicle history and provide various customer services linked the same, a license number-based vehicle history management system including the general vehicle history, and a customer service providing method using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the license number of the vehicle is set as a user account for using a vehicle history management service about all processes from delivery to scrapping of the vehicle and a password is set and registered by a combination between a motile number of a vehicle owner and one or more user codes, such that vehicle history information is managed by using the vehicle, not the vehicle owner, as a service object, thereby continuously managing vehicle history even if ownership of the vehicle is transferred or owner information of the vehicle is changed. According to the present invention, the license number-based vehicle history management system comprises a license number input unit, a vehicle history checking unit, a service request unit, and a location information providing unit.
