Some embodiments of the present invention provide a program for restoring access to services associated with an account. The program provides login credentials to log in to the account and receive associated services. Next, the program receives the ACP after logging into the account. The program then accesses the service and receives a denial of subsequent access to the service. The program then provides ACP instead of login credentials to continue receiving services.
