The inventive utility model relates to radio electronics, in particular to piezoelectronics, and can be used for the manufacture of high-frequency resonators and generators. The technical result consists in increasing the mechanical resistance of the piezoelectric element. A high-frequency piezoelectric element in the form of a reciprocal mesastructure is made of a single-crystal rectangular plate in the form of depressions made on both sides of the plate in the central part in the form of ovals with flanges surrounding them, and exciting electrodes are applied to them on both sides of the plate, each exciting electrode being electrically connected to contact electrodes pads located on both surfaces of the plate.
