To predict the progression of optical neuropathy in primary open-angle glaucoma, optical coherent tomography with angiography function and electrophysiological examination are performed. Thickness of the internal layers of the macula in the lower hemisphere is determined, the relative density of the vessels of the surface layer in the parafovea, the coefficient of the pattern-ERG is PERG Ratio 2 – ratio of the stationary PERG latency to the angular size stimuli 0.8° and 16°. If the internal macular depth is less than 105 mcm, the relative density of the vessels of the surface layer in parafovea is less than 45 %, PERG Ratio 2≤1.12 shows the progression of optical neuropathy in the primary open-angle glaucoma.;EFFECT: method provides more accurate prediction of the progression of glaucomatous optic neuropathy by using a combination of optical coherence tomography with angiography and electrophysiological examination.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex
