FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to plant growing, and can be used in selection during selection of perspective genotypes of plants responsive to artificial LED lighting. Method of activation of radishes seeds sprouting consists in the fact that the moistened seeds are irradiated with a light-emitting diode lamp at intensity of generated photons in 140 mcmol/m2 s at duration of pulses of light 1 s and pause of darkness 3 s. Lamp with characteristics of polychrome spectrum is used: ultraviolet 380 nm - 1.5%, blue 440 nm - 23.8%, green 520-530 nm - 6%, red 640 nm - 61.5%, far red 740 nm - 7.2% with 24-hour pulsed irradiation during the full sprouting cycle for 14 days until obtaining microgreens.;EFFECT: disclosed method of activation of radishes seeds sprouting enables to expand field of application of light-emitting diodes in pulse mode for agricultural biophotonics, agriculture and to improve quality of microgreens with high biological value, as well as increase productivity.;1 cl, 3 tbl
