In a hydraulic brake pressure transmitter in which a cylinder (5) projects essentially vertically from an outer surface of a valve block (1), a printed circuit board (7) being located in front of this outer surface, which is equipped with transistors (8) for controlling the valves (6) of the brake pressure sensor, the cylinder (5) can be used as a heat sink. To this end, it has a cooling plate (20) on its outer surface, which protrudes perpendicularly from it and is in overlap with the printed circuit board (7), in the overlap area (24) the transistors (8) are arranged for switching the valves.
