The invention relates to a method of remote access to a voice assistant suitable for establishing telephone communications with a communication terminal through a telecommunications network. The method is remarkable in that it includes steps for establishing a first communication with a calling terminal, for obtaining, through the established communication, a data item identifying the voice assistant, transmission a message establishing a second communication to the identified voice assistant, the message comprising at least one parameter suitable for activating a remote operating mode of the voice assistant, and terminating the first and the second communication.
