(a) an olefin-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer in which at least some carboxylic acids of carboxyl groups are neutralized by a monovalent alkali metal ion or a divalent alkaline earth metal ion; (b) an ethylenically unsaturated monomer copolymer comprising an ethylene-ester group: (c) an acid anhydride group-containing polyolefin; (d) alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salts; (e) a polyhydroxy compound having two or more hydroxy groups; And (f) an ionic liquid that exhibits ion conductivity by ion dissociation. The above polymer blend has a low sensitivity of electrical conductivity change due to a change in relative humidity, excellent molding processability, and electrical conductivity can be maintained well under repetitive melt processing and a wide range of use conditions. The polymer blend can also impart sufficient permanent antistatic properties to the molded article with a small amount added without impairing the appearance or mechanical strength of the molded article, and in particular, the manufacturing cost of the molded article is low.
