A multi-antenna transmission method and apparatus for minimizing charging time of users in a wireless power communication network according to various embodiments of the present disclosure is based on an amount of energy required by the power transmission apparatus from at least one power reception apparatus. It may be configured to generate a covariance matrix for minimizing charging time, derive a beamforming vector using the covariance matrix, and transmit wireless power to a power receiving device based on the beamforming vector.
