The present invention relates to a culture bag for culturing microorganisms, fungi, and other organisms, having a first wall and a second wall joined along side edges to form an inside for a bag containing an edible substrate and an organism to be cultured, At least one of the first wall and the second wall includes a bag made of a water vapor permeable layer through which water vapor passes, and a padding layer detachably coupled to the bag and made of a gas impermeable layer. The padding layer surrounds the water vapor permeable layer to prevent passage of the gas, and the padding layer has an opening with a gas filter patch, and the gas filter patch covers the opening to promote the cultivation of the organisms inside the bag.
