Using the NC machine tool 1 having a column 3 that moves integrally as a whole, the first rotary cutting tool 14 passes through the large end hole 23 in a state parallel to the large end hole 23, and the second rotary cutting is performed. The tool 15 passes through the small end hole 25 in a state of being inclined with respect to the small end hole 25, and rotary-cuts the large end hole 23 and the small end hole 25 to finish the connecting rod 20.
