PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane (meth)acrylate resin that imparts superior performances, such as scratch resistance, curling resistance, flexibility, and impact resistance, to a cured coating film, a curable composition that includes the urethane (meth)acrylate resin, a cured product of the composition, and a laminated film.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a urethane (meth)acrylate resin that has a molecular structure obtained by a reaction between the following essential components: a diisocyanate compound (A) represented by the following structural formula (A-1) or (A-2) (where Rs independently represent one of a hydrogen atom and an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and Rs independently represent one of a hydrogen atom and an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms); and a dihydroxydi(meth)acrylate compound (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
