In the field of radiocommunication systems with mobiles based on LTE cellular technology establishment of direct mode links between base stations of mobile structures, for the exchange of data under IP protocol instead and placement of conventional links via equipment of the network core. To this end, it is proposed to deviate radio resources originally provided for communications established between a base station and mobile communication terminals via the LTE-Uu interface, in order to use them for the establishment of links in direct mode. via specific liaison entities which equip each of the mobile structures concerned.
