PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent extremely effective for removing residual dyes, a processing agent and by-products such as polyester oligomer from a treatment tank when changing the treatment tank in dying process or functional process of a fiber using a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid as a solvent for color change or process kind change and a cleaning method using the same.
