Disclosed is an authentication protection system based on a trusted environment. The system comprises: a client application end, a trusted execution environment processing unit, a guard application end and a trusted application end, wherein the client application end makes a security authentication business request to the trusted execution environment processing unit for scheduling security business; and the trusted execution environment processing unit respectively forwards the security authentication business request to the guard application end and the trusted application end, and returns a verification result to the client application end, so as to create a session connection for the client application end and the trusted application end; the guard application end is used to verify the security authentication business request; and the trusted application end has a session with the client application end and provides a business service for the client application end. Further provided are an authentication protection method based on a trusted environment, and a computer storage medium.
