EFICACIA DE LA ANESTESIA COMBINADA SUBARACNOIDEA-EPIDURAL COMPARADA CON LA ANESTESIA CONDUCTIVA SUBARACNOIDEA, EN EL MANEJO ANESTuc9SICO DE PACIENTES SOMETIDOS A CIRUGucdA TRAUMATOLud3GICA ELECTIVA DE MIEMBROS INFERIORES

El presente estudio se inserta en el paradigma positivista, de corte cuantitativo, con base en una investigaciuf3n de tipo experimental, ensayo cluednico controlado simple ciego, el cual tiene como propuf3sito determinar la eficacia de la Anestesia Combinada Subaracnoidea-Epidural comparada con la Anestesia Conductiva Subaracnoidea, en el manejo anestue9sico de pacientes sometidos a cirugueda traumatoluf3gica electiva de miembros inferiores, en el Hospital Central Universitario "Dr. Antonio Marueda Pineda", Barquisimeto, Estado Lara. La muestra de no probabiluedstico intencional y se distribuirue1 por mue9todo aleatorio simple en dos grupos de treinta (30) pacientes cada uno de ambos sexos que serue1n sometidos a cirugueda traumatoluf3gica de miembros inferiores, quienes recibirue1n los siguientes tratamientos: Se les administrarue1 2,5 ml de Bupivacaina Isobara vueda Subaracnoidea y 1,5-2 cc por segmento a bloquear de Bupivacaina 0,5% vueda catue9ter epidural. Los cambios hemodinue1micos intraoperatorios y los efectos secundarios serue1n registrados en una ficha de recolecciuf3n de datos. Se presentarue1n los resultados en cuadros y grue1ficos y el anue1lisis estaduedstico se realizarue1 con las pruebas estaduedsticas pertinentes, usando paquetes estaduedsticos computarizados para los cue1lculos, aceptue1ndose una significancia estaduedstica cuando en los anue1lisis realizados se obtenga un valor de p=3D0.05.
