“Cuerpo a través”. Una experiencia de salud emocional en enseñanza del arte

摘要

The present article is result of a collaboration of 2 years between the scopes of art and psychology. It looks for a new approach of art-educative practices from the emotional health of the participants. In the didactic panorama of Fine Arts we verified that the training at level of sensitivity and feelings is very behind the acquisition of plastic and conceptual resources. In our investigation we introduce tools for corporal sensitize extracted from Bioenergetic, Neuro-linguistic Programming and Autogenous Training. This treatment is directed to a group of students of Fine Arts and a control group. The measures that were made indicate qualitative improvements in relation to their corporal power quality, happiness and reductions of anxiety and depression.
