Perkembangan dunia usaha saat ini sangat pesat, dari perspektif dunia, bisa disebutkan bahwa usaha kecil, dan menengah memiliki peranan yang sangat besar dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu bangsa.. Salah satu kota besar di Indonesia, yakni Kota Bandung mempunyai banyak usaha yang dijalankan masyarakatnya, kota Bandung juga memiliki program merevitalisasi 5 kawasan industri dan perdagangan, salah satunya adalah sentra industri kaos Suci.udSudah bukan rahasia lagi bahwa penyebab utama rendahnya produktivitas UKM di Indonesia dan negara berkembang pada umumnya adalah rendahnya inovasi yang dimiliki para pelaku usaha. Hal ini, bisa dikarenakan mereka tidak sadar bahwa inovasi yang mereka lakukan rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh inovasi kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dan sejauh mana pengaruh inovasi kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling, populasi penelitian merupakan pengusaha yang melakukan aktivitas usaha di kawasan sentra industri kaos Suci yang berjumlah 164 pengusaha, dan dengan menggunakan rumus sampel, diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan koefisien korelasi pearson product moment, dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil pengolahan data kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa inovasi kewirausahaan dan keberhasilan usaha pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil perhitungan regresi sederhana didapat persamaan Ŷ = 2,165 + 0,446 X dengan R-square sebesar 52,2% yang berarti bahwa besarnya pengaruh inovasi kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha adalah sebesar 52.2% sedangkan sisanya 47,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor keterampilan, berfikir efektif dan efisien, dan kemampuan berkomunikasi yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Saran untuk penelitian berikutnya diharapkan peneliti melakukan studi terhadap sentra industri kaos Suci Bandung secara lebih luas seperti mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tadi yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha. udududKata Kunci : Inovasi Kewirausahan , Keberhasilan UsahaudududThe development of the business world today is very fast, from the perspective of the world, might say, is that small and medium enterprises have an important role. One of the major cities in Indonesia, namely Bandung has many businesses that run the society. Bandung also has 5 industrial and trade district, one of which is the Kaos Suci industrial district. It's no secret that the main causes of low productivity of UKM in Indonesia and other developing countries is generally low about innovation. this is because they are not aware that they are doing low innovation. The purpose of this research is to reveal the influence of innovation to the success of the business and the extent of the influence of innovation for business success. Type of research is descriptive research and verification. The sampling technique used was random sampling, the research population is businessman who perform business activities in the industrial district of Kaos Suci Bandung totaling 164 employers, and by using the formula samples, obtained total sample of 62 respondents. analytical techniques using Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the questionnaire data processing show that innovation and business success in the category of very high. Simple regression calculation results obtained equation Y = 2,165 + 0,446 X with R-square of 52.2%, which means that the influence of innovation to business success is at 52.2% while the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors that were not studied by researchers .
