PEMANFAATAN HASIL PELATIHAN BUDIDAYA JAMUR TIRAM DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KEMANDIRIAN BERWIRAUSAHA : Studi Deskriptif terhadap Peserta Pelatihan Usaha Budidaya Jamur Tiram Desa Kertawangi Kecamatan Cisarua

Pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram merupakan upaya memfasilitasi peserta pelatihan agar dapat mengembangkan kemandirian berwirausahanya dengan cara diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Melalui pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram, diharapkan peserta pelatihan dapat memanfaatkan hasil pelatihan untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya melalui berwirausaha. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan: 1) mengidentifikasi kemampuan peserta pelatihan dalam memanfaatkan peluang usaha, 2) memperoleh gambaran motivasi peserta pelatihan dalam memanfaatkan hasil pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram, dan 3) menganalisis faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat yang dihadapi dalam mengembangkan usaha budidaya jamur tiram. Landasan teori yang menjadi desain dalam pengembangan instrumen penelitian yakni konsep kemandirian dan motivasi berwirausaha, konsep pemanfaatan pelatihan, konsep budidaya jamur tiram dan konsep pelatihan sebagai satuan pendidikan nonformal. Dalam penyusunan skripsi peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semiterstruktur dan observasi partisipasi pasif dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram di rukun warga 01 Desa Kertawangi Kecamatan Cisarua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peserta pelatihan belum dapat memanfaatkan hasil pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan keadaan peserta pelatihan yang belum mampu mengaplikasikan secara optimal peningkatan pengetahuan dan pengembangan sikap selama menjalankan ussaha budidaya jamur tiram. 2) Motivasi peserta untuk memanfaatkan hasil pelatihan karena adanya dorongan untuk mencapai kepuasan dari diri peserta pelatihan dan terdapat motivasi eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja peserta pelatihan dalam menjalankan usaha budidaya jamur tiram. 3) Faktor pendorong usaha budidaya jamur tiram adalah tersedianya potensi alam sebagai bahan membuat media tanam, modal, dan permintaan jamur tiram yang tidak pernah sepi dari pasaran. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah lahan, teknologi, dan dukungan dari pemerintah.udududOyster mushroom cultivation training is an effort to facilitate the trainees in order to develop the independence of entrepreneurship in a way given the knowledge and skills. The foundation of the theory into the design in the development of research instruments are the concept of self-reliance and entrepreneurship motivation, the concept of utilization of training, the concept of oyster mushroom cultivation and concepts of training as non-formal education unit. In this study, researcher used a qualitative approach, the descriptive research method. Techniques of data collection using semi-structured interviews and passive participation observation, research subjects were oyster mushroom cultivation training participants in 01 neighborhoods Kertawangi Village District of Cisarua. The results of study showed that: 1) The trainees have not been able to use the results of oyster mushroom cultivation training. This is indicated by the state of the trainees who have not been able to apply the optimal increase in knowledge and attitude development during the run ussaha oyster mushroom cultivation. 2) Motivation of the participants to utilize the results of training because of the drive to achieve self-satisfaction of trainees and extrinsic motivation are affecting the performance of trainees in performing oyster mushroom cultivation. 3) The driving factors for the cultivation of oyster mushroom is the availability of natural potential as a material made growing medium, capital, and demand for oyster mushrooms that never deserted from the market. While inhibiting factor is land, technology, and support from the government.
