Model for Fund Raising in an Urban Community. Title IV Demonstration Grant.

The project developed and implemented a model for fund raising to supplement Older Americans Act Title III funds for nutrition and supportive services. The objectives of this project include developing an information brochure, recruiting board members, raising funds, and distributing the funds collected to Title III contractors. This report includes information about the method used to carry out the project, findings, and outcomes.
