The CPG provides guidance for issuing warning letters to firms processing compressed medical gases in violation of the adulteration, misbranded, and/or new drug provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Labelling and testing requirements for medical gases including oxygen for home respiratory care are provided.
