The data manual contains a hard copy of the information in the NuclearComputerized Library for Assessing Reactor Reliability (NUCLARR) Version 3.5 database, which is sponsored by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. NUCLARR was designed as a tool for risk analysis. Many of the nuclear reactors in the U.S. and several outside the U.S. are represented in the NUCLARR database. NUCLARR includes both human error probability estimates for workers at the plants and hardware failure data for nuclear reactor equipment. Aggregations of these data yield valuable reliability estimates for probabilistic risk assessments and human reliability analyses. The data manual is organized to permit manual searches of the information if the computerized version is not available.
