A ten-year Life Cycle Cost/Cost Benefit Analysis has been conducted on theSubsystem of the Enhanced Airport Security Project at Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). The Life Cycle cost of the subsystem is estimated at $296,276, as compared with a baseline system cost of $0. The primary benefit of this subsystem is in an an increased level of airport security.
