Improvement of Muskellunge Fingerling Culture and Stocking Programs

Results from Study 614 were less informative than planned because of the variablenature of data available from past hatchery operations. Also, completion of Study 614 was hampered by the departure of the principal investigator soon after initiation of the study. A final report was published describing the most definitive results. This report covered the relation between length at stocking and survival of stocked muskellunge. The analyses of factor affecting hatchery production and results from further development of a stocking model did not yield publishable results but are presented in this final report as Appendices.
