The mission of the Technology Reinvestment Project (TRP) is to stimulate thetransition to a growing, integrated, national industrial capability that provides the most advanced, affordable military systems and the most competitive commercial products. Programs are structured to expand high quality employment opportunities in dual-use technologies that demonstrably enhance U.S. competitiveness and national security. The TRP workshop for the Technology Focus Area titled, 'Cryogenic Coolers for Electronic System Application,' was held in November, 1994. The purpose of this Technology Focus Area is to solicit proposals to develop cryogenic assembly of demonstrated technologies for superior performance and rapid application.
