Methyl-t-Butylether: Health Based Recommended Occupational Exposure Limit. Reportof the Dutch Expert Committee on Occupational Standards

Upon request of the Secretary of State of Social Affairs and Employment theHealth Council of the Netherlands recommends health-based occupational exposure limits for the concentration of toxic substances in the air of the workplace. These recommendations are made by the Dutch Expert Committee on Occupational Standards, a committee of the Health Council. It constitutes the first step in a three-stage procedure that leads to legally binding limit values. In the present report the Committee discusses the effects of exposure to methyl-t-butylether and recommends a health-based occupational exposure limit. The Committee's conclusions are based on scientific publications from prior to 1993.
