This document describes the elements that must be present in a comprehensive riskmanagement program. The broad aspects of a risk management program are: hazard identification, hazard evaluation, consequence analysis, risk assessment, prevention measures, mitigation measures, risk reduction, and risk acceptance. Within each of these process steps are numerous program elements that define the general risk management activities.
