Status Report on Operations of CCTV System Using Leased Fiber Optic Cables211 (February 1995-August 1995)

This report analyzes a seven month operations and maintenance log that covers ten211u001eclosed circuit television (CCTV) cameras in a leased contract with a Public 211u001eUtility Company that furnished and installed all equipment, including the fiber 211u001eoptic cable, and maintains all equipment. A nontechnical evaluation of the video 211u001equality is offered. A special events condition was covered where future 211u001einvolvement will be forthcoming. Because of increased SC&C, monitoring staff 211u001eawareness is investigated.
